If for any reason you would like to return your massage pillow for a full refund, please visit our Replacements page and fill out the form. After 60 days we will no longer offer a refund. However, we will replace any part of the pillow that may be causing problems. If this is the case, please fill out the form on our Replacements page, and let us know if you need a new foam insert, motor platform, or pillowcase.
